Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Creating an attractive atmosphere in Omni bar through service and ambiance
  • Deliver beverages an meals to our guests across Food & Beverage outlets
  • Ensure all purchases are processed accurately
  • Daily preparation and closing of bar area, including stock management and cleaning duties
  • Be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the guest and restaurant management team
  • Control the bar during service, taking orders and issuing bills and act as the lead when the Bar Manager is absent
  • Coach new bartenders and bar backs following a training schedule and ensure the correct standards and methods of service are maintained
  • Have an understanding of stock control and assist the Bar Manager in weekly stock taking
  • Responsible for managing all Bar operations to deliver unrivalled guest experience, with a focus on creativity and authenticity
  • Responsible for continually checking that guest service standards are set, implemented and monitored in line with set standards
  • Monitor bar opening and closing duties and completed daily to standard by bartenders
Qualifications
  • Preferable a relevant degree in Business or Hospitality
  • Must be at the minimum age to serve alcohol in line with local legislative requirements
  • Personal license is desirable
  • WSET certification is desirable
  • College Degree in Hotel Management
