About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Captain to join our dynamic team at a leading Italian restaurant in the Choa Chu Kang Central West Region. As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the front‑of‑house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing a team of dedicated wait staff. This full‑time position is crucial in maintaining our high standards and delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the wait staff team to deliver prompt, friendly and efficient service.
2. Ensuring the smooth running of the dining room by managing table allocations, reservations and seating arrangements.
3. Providing exceptional customer service and handling any customer enquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
4. Monitoring stock levels, placing orders and managing the restaurant's inventory.
5. Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our high service standards.
6. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure food service is timely and of the highest quality.
7. Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming dining environment.
