A fine dining restaurant in Singapore is looking for a Supervisor to oversee service and operations. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a fine dining environment, knowledge of fine wines and sake, and a solid understanding of POS systems. Responsibilities include providing exceptional dining service, fostering team spirit, and promoting beverage sales. Candidates must be able to work weekends, and must possess a good service mindset and professional work ethics.
Some Supervisory or Assistant management experience preferably in fine dining restaurants
Some experience and knowledge with the professional service of fine wines and sake
Have prior knowledge to manage POS and online booking systems
Good Service mindset and Leadership by example
Able to build good team spirit among team
Able to work weekends
Loyal, Trustworthy and dependable, to protect the interest of the company and brand

To provide warm and efficient dining service - to be trained to deliver OMOTENASHI (Japanese way of hospitality)
To lead and build strong team spirit and professional work ethics
To play active role in meeting daily reservation and sales targets for the business
Have some knowledge with various social media platforms so as to build brand equity and maintain interactions with followers
To be updated on seasonal specials and actively enlighten guests accordingly
To be assist in restaurant’s booking and cashiering system
To provide daily service and “front of house” operations to high standards
To play active role in promoting beverage sales for the business
To play active role in maintaining diners loyalty and repeated diners visit
To assist in pre and post service duties
Inventory keeping and sales reporting
To work with Management and chefs for efficient operation, hygiene and service delivery
Assist and manage any other relevant business duties and responsibilities as required by management
