Resource Operations and Administrative Support – Singapore

We are looking for a proactive and organised Resource Operations and Administrative Support professional to support manpower planning, vendor recruitment coordination, and day-to-day operational administration. This role ensures smooth resource workflows, effective coordination with recruitment vendors, and efficient operational support across teams. Location: West of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Resource & Operations Support

  • Support resource planning, tracking manpower availability, and managing onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate resource records, trackers, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.

Recruitment Support / Vendor Liaison:

  • Liaise with external recruitment vendors/agencies for candidate submissions.
  • Screen resumes received from vendors and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Support hiring managers in scheduling and tracking recruitment activities.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, documentation, and ad-hoc operational tasks.
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and other operational documentation as needed.
Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, HR, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or recruitment support.
  • Experience liaising with vendors and coordinating recruitment-related tasks is preferred.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

This is a 1 year contract to start, convertible to permanent.
