PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to support the Restaurant Manager in directing daily outlet operations, ensuring service standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

The role includes overseeing reservations, coordinating with the Chef and F&B heads on menus and promotions, staff management, training, and ensuring compliance with MOM regulations, with career growth opportunities within a premier hotel group.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily logbook and prepare reports on incidents and guest complaints.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with hotel requirements.
• Oversee the reservation system to maximise seating capacity.
• Coordinate with the Chef and F&B heads on menus and promotions.
