Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel in Singapore seeks an accomplished operations leader to oversee hotel functions, budgeting, revenue, and guest experience. This role demands 10–15 years in luxury hospitality, a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

You will manage capital projects, service recovery, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring exceptional standards and sustained profitability across all departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury hotels, integrated resorts, or internationally recognised hospitality brands.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of local and global hotel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations functions of the hotel, as per the Organizational chart.
• Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
• Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures and service standards.
• Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.
• Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
• Manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
