    You will be working full-time on-site with a compensation ranging from 30 to 40 LPA. The job requires you to adhere to standard business hours and should have 10 to 20 years of experience. Your notice period can be immediate or up to 30 days. Prior experience in IPC (e.g., former roles at Colliers, Zege, DLF, etc.) is preferred. Strong communication skills, a good understanding of the local market, and a stable career record are essential. Local candidates from Delhi NCR/Gurgaon are highly preferred. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the Managing Director of Residential Services.We are seeking a highly accomplished real estate professional to join our Residential Services team, focusing on luxury property sales in South Delhi. The ideal candidate should have deep market expertise, proven revenue success, and polished client-facing skills. In this role, you will work independently to drive business development, manage premium transactions, and provide end-to-end support to high-value clients.Your key responsibilities will include leading high-value residential sales assignments across South Delhi, acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients to build long-term relationships, executing transaction strategies from prospecting to closing, collaborating with internal teams and external partners for superior client delivery, and maintaining market intelligence and competitive insights.To be successful in this role, you must have 10+ years of experience in luxury residential property sales, extensive knowledge and experience in the South Delhi market, a strong background in client servicing and business development, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated revenue generation and sales leadership, and a stable career progression with relevant industry experience.Preferred industry backgrounds include luxury real estate firms (e.g., DLF, Colliers, Zege Consulting), premium hospitality and concierge services, private banking and wealth management, and high-value lifestyle or luxury goods sales.,
