Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE A Level or higher.
• Experience in building construction projects is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Involve in Town Council upgrading projects.
• Plan and launch public relation programs for NRP including circulars, letters and notices.
• Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints and follow up to resolve.
• Coordinate with residents, contractors, consultants and authorities for upgrading works and mitigate complaints.
• Attend and provide admin assistance in Construction Working Committee meetings as directed.
• Maintain rapport and good relations with residents.
• Visit residents/tenants affected by NRP works to update on schedule changes.
