Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests to Service Excellence Standards (SES) and greet them by name
• Report defects or hazards to the estate manager and help ensure safety
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of information
• Coordinate with security, concierge, and Doorman to assist residents with luggage or groceries
• Educate service providers to acknowledge and greet residents by name
• Follow through with common concierge requests in a residential environment
