Job summary

Crowne Plaza Changi Airport in Singapore is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for their stay. You’ll help guests from arrival to the lobby experience, ensuring a polished and gracious first impression.

You will guide guests through the self check-in process, answer questions about facilities and local experiences, and liaise with Front Office and Concierge to deliver personalised service.

Qualifications

• GCE O levels minimum qualification.
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Calm, professional and attentive in fast-paced environments.
• Warm, approachable and service-oriented personality.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a memorable first impression.
• Maintain a visible, approachable lobby presence and assist guests proactively.
• Manage guest queues and lobby traffic with poise during peak times.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, dining, amenities and local experiences.
• Assist guests with self check-in and ensure a smooth arrival journey.
• Liaise with Front Office and Concierge to fulfill guest requests.
• Direct guests to facilities with professionalism and courtesy.
• Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations through personalised service.
