Job summary

JLL in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Experience Receptionist to greet guests, manage front desk operations and support meeting activities. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with start times around 08:30 and a 16:30 finish, within IOI Towers, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service/reception experience.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
• Able to multi-task in a busy front-desk environment.
• Proficient with standard IT tools and office software.
• Positive attitude and flexible with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet guests and assist with arrivals and departures.
• Engage visitors and employees with a warm, helpful approach.
• Maintain front desk, lobby and surroundings to brand standards.
• Coordinate meetings and events; prepare for sessions accordingly.
• Execute the badging process for employees and visitors.
• Identify issues and escalate to ensure smooth operations.
