Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned Front of House / Hospitality Specialist to support integrated facilities management in our Singapore office. You will deliver a welcoming guest experience, manage reception tasks, and help maintain a vibrant, well-run workspace.

You will collaborate with the manager to uphold the brand promise, ensure smooth event days, and foster daily engagement among staff, aligning with our commitment to exceptional service and space stewardship.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years’ experience in front of house role or hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build productive business relationships.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks with focus on office management.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Manager to deliver client’s vision and brand promise.
• Provide consistent and memorable customer experiences.
• Create a sense of community by connecting with employees on a daily basis.
• Ensure the general well-being of the workspace.
• Assist during event days as applicable.
• Handle reception, registration and usher guests to event spots.
• Oversee housekeeping and space hygiene; manage lockers and space lists.
• Manage office supplies including stationery, copiers, and coffee/bistro equipment.
• Coordinate pre-event activities and liaise with clients for requirements.
• Support event day activities including guest registration and materials distribution.
