Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Guest Services Associate to join our lounge in Singapore. You will welcome and assist guests on arrival, provide information on facilities, services and promotions, and help maintain a tidy, comfortable lounge.

You will serve food and beverages with high hygiene and presentation standards, monitor the lounge environment for cleanliness and safety, and handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ’N’ Levels required.
• 1–2 years of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Positive attitude and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival at the lounge.
• Provide information about lounge facilities, services and promotions.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Monitor lounge environment for cleanliness, comfort and safety.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest visits and facility usage.
