Job summary

A construction consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified Resident Engineer and Resident Technical Officers to oversee full-time site supervision for the construction of Maintenance Base Facilities at Tuas Port. Candidates must possess a valid RE/RTO certificate issued by IES and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in building works supervision. The contract period is anticipated to be 22 months, with remuneration including AWS and gratuity for completed service.

Job Scope

• To carry out full-time site supervision as Resident Engineer & Resident Technical Officers as required under the Building Control Act & Regulations
• Contract period is 22 month (or shorter, depending on detailed work scope) to cover the construction of a 8 blocks of Maintenance Base Facilities at Finger 3, Tuas Port
• Contract start date: Mar 2026
• Total1 RE & 3 RTO position to be filled

Remuneration

In addition to monthly salary,

• 1 month of AWS will be provided for every 12 months of service
• 1 month of gratuity for every 12 months of service will be provided, to be released upon completion of project.
• Overtime is claimable
