Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore seeks a Resident Doctor/ Anchor General Practitioner to provide patient-centred primary care in a clinic.   • Working Location: Clementi
  • Working Hours: Weekdays: 8:30am–3:00pm (evening sessions 6:00pm–9:00pm on Mon/Wed/Thu), Saturday: 8:30am–1:00pm
  • Salary Package: Basic + Progressive Profit Share component
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centred primary care in an HSG/CHAS/MediSave-accredited clinic with good patient footfall from the surrounding neighbourhood.
  • Consult, assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
  • Manage common acute conditions (e.g., URTI, fever, minor injuries).
  • Provide ongoing care for chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol).
  • Prescribe medications and arrange basic investigations when needed.
  • Review results and follow up with patients.
  • Provide preventive care (screening, vaccinations, health advice).
  • Refer patients to specialists/hospitals when required.
  • Maintain proper medical records and documentation.
  • Work closely with clinic staff to support smooth clinic operations and good patient service.
  • Comply with clinic policies and MOH/SMC/HSG guidelines.
  • Practise with peace of mind under company-covered malpractice insurance.
