Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Reservations Agent for a luxury hotel property in Somerset. You will handle room reservations, guest enquiries, calls and booking requests with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced luxury environment, coordinating with housekeeping, engineering and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences while promoting hotel services and loyalty programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and telephone skills with a guest-focused service approach.
• Proficient in computer and reservation systems with strong accuracy and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Handle room reservations, guest enquiries, telephone calls, messages and booking requests promptly.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings; promote services and loyalty programmes.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B and other departments to fulfil guest requests and ensure seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate reservations and guest records; operate hotel systems effectively and uphold luxury standards.

Work Hours: 5 days work week

Salary: Up to $3,000

Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Handle room reservations, guest enquiries, telephone calls, messages, and booking requests professionally, accurately, and promptly.


• Convert reservation enquiries into confirmed bookings while promoting hotel services, loyalty programmes, and revenue opportunities.


• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments to fulfil guest requests, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience.


• Maintain accurate reservations and guest records, operate hotel systems effectively, and uphold luxury hospitality, service, safety, and brand standards.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.


• Strong communication and telephone skills with a guest-focused approach to service.


• Proficient in computer and reservation systems, with strong accuracy, organisation, and administrative skills.


• Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment; relevant hospitality qualifications are an advantage.
