Job summary

WORLDWIDE HOTELS MANAGEMENT (V) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a reservations assistant to support guest bookings, check room availability and process deposits, ensuring accurate data entry and timely confirmations.

You will contribute to up-selling opportunities, manage group reservations, and collaborate with the team on AI-powered productivity tools while supporting sustainability initiatives and other duties assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

• Attained minimum NITEC or higher qualification.
• Preferably have working experiences in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of using Opera Cloud PMS will be an added advantage.
• Experience using AI-powered workplace productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or other approved AI applications) as an added advantage.

Responsibilities
