Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Reservations Associate in Singapore to manage multi-channel bookings, coordinate with hotels and bookers, and maintain accurate records. The role emphasizes upselling opportunities and timely responses within a busy hospitality environment.

Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable with email systems, and have experience with reservation systems. Weekend work is required, with off-in-lieu for public holidays and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using email systems.
• Experience with reservation systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays, with off-in-lieu.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Customer service experience in hospitality, reservations, or service-related environments is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations received through multiple channels accurately and in accordance with SOPs.
• Coordinate with bookers, hotels, and internal stakeholders for a smooth pre-arrival experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hotel information and promotions.
• Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling activities.
• Organise, file, and maintain reservation documents and correspondence records.
• Monitor reservation requests and respond in a timely manner.
