Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Reservations Agent to join its hospitality team at Orchard, Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and promoting services to ensure a seamless booking experience.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hotel PMS and phone systems is an advantage. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in reservations, call centre, or guest service roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage room reservations, confirmations, and cancellations.
• Handle calls, emails, and guest enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on room rates, packages, and promotions.
• Support service recovery by addressing guest concerns effectively.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Promote hotel services, upselling opportunities, and loyalty programmes.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, call handling protocols, and safety procedures.
