Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

• Manage day-to-day duty (Rooms/Calls & Transportation service)
• To be culturally sensitive
• To deliver work ethically & with integrity
• To adhere to all SOPs while performing assigned tasks
• To be able to respond to requests for information, services and assistance in a timely manner.
• To work seamlessly as a team and communicate at all times (Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills)
• Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence
• Reservation Supervisor will carry out a short daily / weekly meeting to provide latest updates to the team.
• To familiarize with the room layouts and good knowledge of the facilities available in the room. To assist to arrange chauffeur service from preferred vendor.
