Job summary

Far East Hospitality Management (S) PTE. LTD. operates a dynamic Central Reservations team that manages 18 hotels and 9 serviced residences in Singapore.

The role requires handling inquiries via multiple channels with accuracy and effective SOP adherence. The successful candidate will liaise with bookers and property partners to ensure smooth pre-arrival experiences, maintain current promotions, and maximize upselling opportunities while upholding high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders welcomed; relevant hospitality experience a plus.
• Familiarity with property management system and reservations tools.
• Strong customer service and administrative capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Knowledge in Property Management System will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, email system, reservations system will be an advantage
• Display high level of customer service
• Possess strong communication and administration skills
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as a team
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays (off-in-lieu if work on Public Holidays)
