Job Description

The successful candidate will work with Prof. Chi Chunyan on Molecular Carbons under a project on "Synthetic Carbon Allotropes and Topological Molecular Carbons".

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Design and synthesis of fully conjugated carbon nanobelts;
  • Design and synthesis of zigzag-edge-rich carbon nanostructures;
  • Design and synthesis of non-alternant hydrocarbons;
  • Studies of the physical properties of newly prepared target molecules.
