Job Description
  1. Research Coordination and Participant Management Coordinate participant recruitment activities.
    Manage scheduling, consent documentation, and communication with older adults and their caregivers.
  2. Data Collection and Management Conduct and support qualitative data collection through face-to-face or online interviews.
    Ensure secure data handling and storage in compliance with ethics requirements.
  3. Administrative and Reporting Support Prepare progress reports, meeting summaries, and ethics-related documentation.
    Assist in preparing manuscripts, presentations, and grant-related materials.
  4. Team and Communication Support Liaise with collaborating institutions and coordinate research logistics.
    Participate in regular project meetings and contribute to overall study management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Dental Science, Social Science, or Public Health.
  • Familiarity with research ethics and handling of sensitive data involving older adults or healthcare settings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under supervision.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); ability to communicate sensitively with older adults and caregivers.
  • Prior experience in qualitative research, including conducting interviews, is preferred.
