Job summary

Ethos is seeking a CRM Operations Manager to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires 5+ years in revenue or CRM operations with hands-on ownership, and involves auditing pipeline hygiene while producing funnel dashboards for leadership.

This is a fully remote, flexible 5–20 hour per week engagement. As part of Ethos, you will craft field-mapping schemas and deduplication rulesets, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure data quality
