Job summary

Ethos is seeking vps of revenue operations to help train their language model on professional documents and decks. The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP.

You will own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel dashboards relied on by sales and marketing leadership. Excellent document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship and strong written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing, and deduplication.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop CRM field-mapping schemas and lead-routing logic documents.
• Conduct pipeline hygiene audits and maintain deduplication rulesets.
