Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced operations excellence managers to help train a leading AI lab's language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires 4+ years in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous improvement, with expertise in capacity models, forecasting, and workflow maps.

This fully remote, flexible engagement is 5–20 hours per week, with an ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience authoring SOP playbooks and process improvement business cases that reduced costs or cycle time.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop capacity planning models and inventory forecasting spreadsheets.
• Produce and improve SOP playbooks and workflow process maps.
• Strengthen operational readiness checklists and drive process improvements.
