Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of events to help train our AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will bring 4+ years in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows including property listings, lease summaries, and run-of-show schedules.

• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization
• Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and the guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
