Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced program managers and PMO leads to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role centers on owning charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting for enterprise initiatives in a fully remote setup.

This flexible, 5–20 hour-per-week engagement starts ASAP and offers the chance to collaborate with a leading AI lab on high‑impact deliverables across core workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and reporting
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking under executive scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Manage program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation initiatives with stakeholders
