Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced PMO lead to help train an enterprise AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote role requires ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting with senior stakeholder exposure.

You will design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work products, while managing a flexible 5–20 hour weekly commitment. Immediate start available; compensation is $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs or PMOs with ownership of charters and raid logs.
• Experience with steering committee reporting and milestone tracking.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
