Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced project manager to help train AI models on professional presentations and slide decks. You will own cross-functional programs with 5+ years of PMO leadership experience, focusing on steering committee cadence and executive reporting, while delivering high-quality PowerPoint outputs.

The role offers flexible, remote work of 5-20 hours per week, with ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour with a focus on accuracy and fast iteration in a cutting-edge AI environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI model by producing and refining professional presentations and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated decks across steering committee decks, program status reports, risk exhibits, milestone reviews, escalation one-pagers and portfolio materials.
• Support development of AI-generated presentations across core workflows with high attention to detail.
