Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced programme managers to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on steering committees, program status reports, and executive decks.

This is a flexible, remote position with 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start. Candidates should have 5+ years in PMO leadership and expert PowerPoint skills, plus strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Lead cross-functional programs and establish reporting cadences.
• Prepare steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone reviews, and executive materials.
