Job summary

Ethos is a fully remote opportunity to join a leading AI-focused expert network. You will lead the group product management efforts to train language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, owning roadmaps, PRDs, and GTM launches across core workflows.

We seek 4+ years of PM experience with a strong track record in designing or reading A/B test readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions, plus exceptional document, spreadsheet, and slide

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Design or interpret A/B test results and translate findings into shipped product decisions.
• Communicate complex product concepts clearly with stakeholders and manage updates across executive decks.
