Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Head of PMO to lead enterprise programs and cross-functional initiatives, shaping AI-assisted documentation and reporting across charters, raid logs, and steering decks. This fully remote role offers flexible, 5–20 hour weekly commitment and ASAP start.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years directing PMOs, strong skill in documenting and tracking milestones, and superb written communication for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting for enterprise initiatives.
• Ensure rigor and clarity of all documentation for executive review and stakeholder alignment
