Job summary

Ethos is seeking a seasoned VP of Program Management to help train AI-generated docs, spreadsheets, and slide decks for enterprise-scale initiatives. You will own program charters, RAID logs, and steering committee reporting across cross‑functional teams, operating fully remotely with flexible 5–20 hours per week.

The role demands expert doc, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, plus flawless written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: program charter, raid logs, capacity planning, steering committee decks, milestones, and stage-gate packets.
• Support enterprise program teams by producing high‑quality CHARters, logs, and reports suitable for executive review.
• Collaborate with AI lab team to ensure deliverables meet governance and quality standards.
