Job summary

Ethos is seeking directors of program management to help train an AI language model for professional presentations and slide decks. You will oversee cross-functional programs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across key workflows.

Responsibilities include steering committee decks, program status reports, risk exhibits, milestone review decks, executive one-pagers, and portfolio reviews. Flexible remote engagement; 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits.
• Prepare milestone review presentations and executive escalation one-pagers.
