Job summary

GetBlock, a Singapore-based Web3 and AI infrastructure platform, is seeking a Technical Support / Node Support Engineer to join a small, skilled team. You will work hands-on with customer nodes and platform infrastructure: diagnosing issues, guiding users to solutions, keeping services stable in collaboration with the SRE team.

You will administer nodes, perform upgrades, optimize configurations, and monitor health across global infrastructure.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
Understanding of how web applications work and how to interact via APIs.
Hands-on Linux experience: terminal work, SSH, resource monitoring.
Experience with Linux system processes and logs.
Experience with orchestration systems (Nomad or Kubernetes).
Understanding of version control systems (GitLab, GitHub).
Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana).

Responsibilities

Handle technical tickets from customer support: diagnose issues, resolve, escalate complex cases to SRE.
Administer existing nodes: upgrades, resource allocation, resyncs, tuning and optimization.
Prepare and write configurations for launching new nodes.
Provision and decommission nodes for customers.
Monitor service health: node sync status, version currency, infrastructure state.
