OpenAI in Singapore seeks a dedicated User Operations/Engineering specialist to support customers leveraging our platform. You’ll troubleshoot high-impact issues through tickets and live calls, guiding adoption and resolution while partnering with Engineering, Product and Operations to improve systems and automate workflows.
Fluent English required; the role is hybrid with relocation assistance available. Bring 5+ years in related roles, strong SaaS troubleshooting, and enterprise communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years in User Operations, Engineering, Support Engineering or similar roles.
- Experience scripting with Python or similar to automate tasks.
- Strong SaaS troubleshooting and enterprise communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers via tickets and live calls.
- Own debugging logs, analyze system behavior, reproduce issues and guide resolution.
- Be a trusted expert on OpenAI’s products, serving as escalation resource for complex issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve systems and automate workflows.
- Provide occasional on-call support to meet business and customer needs.
