Job summary

TechStudio Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Support Engineer to keep deployed environments running reliably across sites in Singapore.

You will handle L1 and L2 incidents, monitor health, and aid with new deployments while leveraging AI tools to improve support workflows. The role suits an early-career engineer with interest in AI, networking, IoT, and cloud systems, and requires strong English communication and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Electronics or related field.
Foundational understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and wireless LAN.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Huawei Cloud is a plus.
Awareness of AI, IoT, CCTV or video analytics technologies is advantageous.
Comfort using AI tools in daily work and willingness to learn prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

Provide L1 and L2 technical support across solution platforms and cloud infrastructure.
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents from partners and end-clients within SLAs.
Monitor system health, identify recurring issues, and escalate to senior engineers with proper docs.
Assist with configuration, commissioning, and handover of new deployments.
Maintain accurate records in ticketing system with RCA notes and steps taken.
