OpenAI in Singapore is seeking a senior User Operations professional to support customers, troubleshoot high-impact issues, and guide teams through complex incidents on the OpenAI platform. You will collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Sales to improve reliability and scale support, including automation efforts.

The role is hybrid in Singapore, with relocation assistance available and a requirement to communicate fluently in English.

Qualifikationen

• Eight+ years in User Operations, Engineering, or similar technical roles in fast-paced environments.
• Able to script or engineer code (Python) to automate tasks and integrate tools.
• Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting with the ability to understand new technologies quickly.

Aufgaben

• Directly work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues including API failures and production incidents.
• Become a trusted expert on OpenAI products and platform for complex issues.
• Own escalation points and partner with Engineering to troubleshoot and prevent recurring problems, using automation where possible.
• Collaborate with Product and Go-To-Market teams to translate learnings into scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency.
• Provide on-call coverage for holidays and weekends as needed.
