Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of IT technical support or call centre experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide off-site IT support to end-users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond promptly to user requests.
  • Deliver first-level troubleshooting and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Assist with user account administration, including activation, changes, and terminations.
