Job summary

Catalent is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Account Director, Biologics to accelerate growth across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on new business acquisition, market penetration, and revenue growth.

Covering key APAC markets, you will develop growth strategies that drive new customer acquisition and expand Catalent's biologics manufacturing footprint.

Qualifications

• Must have strong business development or commercial sales experience in pharma/biotech/CDMO sectors.
• Proven ability to win new business and close complex agreements.
• Fluency in English and Japanese is essential; willingness to travel across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and new customer acquisition in APAC.
• Develop territory and account strategies to build a robust pipeline of biologics opportunities.
• Engage with key decision-makers across biotech and pharmaceutical organizations.
• Position Catalent's biologics capabilities as strategic outsourcing solutions.
• Lead commercial activities from qualification to proposal, negotiation, and award.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deal progression.
• Represent Catalent at industry events to expand market presence.
