Our client is transforming biological research by delivering technologies enabling deeper insights into disease biology and translational medicine. They seek a commercially driven leader to grow Greater Asia via direct engagement, distributor management, and strategic market development across major biotech markets.

The role requires 10+ years in life sciences sales, proven capital equipment wins, and strong regional experience across Asia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of commercial experience in life sciences, biotech, genomics, proteomics or instruments.
Proven success selling complex capital equipment or platforms.
Experience managing distributors and channel partners across Asia.
Revenue ownership with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Engagement with principal investigators, researchers and biotech customers.
Ability to translate scientific concepts into commercial value.
Regional experience across SEA, Greater China, Korea, India, Australia and/or Japan preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead commercial growth across Greater Asia via direct engagement and distributor management.
Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market share.
Build relationships with academic researchers, biotech firms and KOLs.
Manage distributor partners, pipeline, forecasting and commercial planning.
Drive capital equipment sales cycles from opportunity to closure.
Collaborate with applications, marketing and global teams to drive adoption.
Maintain forecasting, opportunity management and business reporting.
Identify new market opportunities and strategic collaborations.
