Catalent is seeking an Account Director, Biologics for the APAC region. The role is remote/field-based with travel up to 60% across APAC, including Singapore and Japan.

You will develop growth strategies, acquire new customers, and expand Catalent's biologics manufacturing footprint by leveraging our development and manufacturing capabilities. Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.
• Proven success in business development, strategic account management, or commercial sales in pharma/biotech/CDMO.
• Hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business and closing complex deals.
• Experience selling biologics development, drug substance manufacturing, or sterile fill-finish outsourcing.
• Strong commercial acumen to convert opportunities into revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical, operations, procurement, and executives.
• Deep understanding of pharma/biotech in Japan and APAC.
• Fluency in English and Japanese; travel up to 60% across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and new customer acquisition across the APAC region.
• Build and execute territory and account strategies that generate a pipeline of biologics opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across biotech and pharmaceutical organizations.
• Identify outsourcing needs and position biologics capabilities as strategic solutions.
• Lead commercial activities from opportunity qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract award.
• Partner with technical, operational, and marketing teams to accelerate deal progression.
• Represent Catalent at industry conferences, customer meetings, and networking events.
• Deliver against revenue, pipeline, and new logo targets while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
