MSD is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager (Associate Director) for Specialty Care/Immunology to lead regional brand strategy across Asia Pacific. You will shape planning, prioritization, forecasting, and lifecycle management, while coordinating with global and market teams to drive market-specific outcomes.

You will mobilise cross-functional groups, coach markets, and ensure clear communication of priorities.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 7 years marketing or commercial experience, at least 3 years in Pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with in-line marketing, launches, LOE, and market access knowledge in Specialty Care/Immunology.
• Strong business and financial acumen with analytical ability.
• Curiosity and ability to apply AI in analysis, communication and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional strategy for Specialty Care/Immunology and assigned brands; align with global direction and AP market realities.
• Act as regional ambassador; translate strategy into clear, executable plans for markets.
• Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, access, medical, finance, policy, etc.; drive lifecycle management.
