Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced AI engineers to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows: technical design documents, data pipeline documentation, and model evaluation reports.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Compensation is $80/hour, with possible additional engagement if desired.

Qualifications

• 4+ years writing technical design documents, data pipeline docs, or API specs.
• Experience evaluating model outputs and documenting tradeoffs for engineering or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Document technical design decisions and data workflows for engineers and analysts.
