Job summary

Ethos is seeking a program director to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials for grant narratives, donor reports, and program logic models, working across board briefings and stewardship plans.

The role offers fully remote work with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week) and compensation of $70/hour, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
