Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced instructional coaches to train a foundational AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create and refine AI-generated outputs acrossUnit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, parent communications, and progress reports.

The role offers a flexible, remote schedule at $80/hour, with 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Remote work enables you to contribute from anywhere while maintaining your own schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting.
• Ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation with standards-aligned instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Collaborate with schools and educators to ensure high-quality instructional materials and reports.
