Ideal candidates have 4+ years reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and can own redlining, diligence, and negotiation of contracts, with outstanding document and slide craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 4+ years reviewing commercial agreements in a transactional role.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Exceptional document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial agreements for AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides.
• Produce and analyze redlines, due-diligence memos, clause risk analyses, NDA/vendor reviews.
• Draft negotiation position summaries and track obligations and renewals.
