Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced community engagement managers to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

You should have 4+ years in nonprofit program management or related fields and be able to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials for grant narratives, donor reports, and board briefs. This is fully remote, 5-20 hours per week, at $70 per hour, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposals and donor reports for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Support researchers in developing grant narratives and donor impact materials.
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all produced materials.
