Qualifications

• 4+ years reviewing commercial agreements as a transactional attorney or contracts manager.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong writing.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements for AI training workflows.
• Analyze NDA, vendor agreements, and renewal terms with accuracy.
• Prepare negotiation summaries and risk analyses for senior stakeholders.
